System Map Update

| By Paul | | Comments (2)

Several months ago, I wrote about system maps. I am not writing here much lately, mainly because my life has been so busy.

But even being good at having a busy life can be a problem if you do not take care of yourself along the way. So many times I have found myself flying off the track.

So, I thought I would put up a map I did the other day.

Paul,

You've done such a wonderful job with your blog. I followed the links back to the previous posts. Very informative, helpful and insightful.

One of my littles has drawn a couple "family portraits," I suppose you could say. I've been hesitant to try mapping, partly because of a fear I'll do it all wrong and partly, perhaps, because it's just one more thing to prove the reality of my situation.

But, lately, parts seem to be moving around a bit more. It might be helpful, especially to see maps over time.

Thanks,
rl

What an ingenious idea! My 17 year old son with DID has not yet figured it all out, (as if one ever can.) However, your drawing of mind parts would be of particular interest to him. He loves to draw, and it might be a great way for him to lay it all out on paper
